Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy can help you find ways to move forward in your life by investigating current patterns of behaviour that may be impeding on your overall happiness. Individual work can provide you with the opportunity to  explore and find resolution of emotional experiences and challenges,

The approach to our work together is individualized based on the concerns and issues that you raise. 

I focus on your strengths while we spend time together identifying and assessing the emotional concerns you are currently dealing with. My goal is to help you find new and improved ways of looking at the world. I often use Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Meditation, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
